I contacted customer service and Julia responded within the hour to confirm my order info and sent a laser cartridge the next day. I contacted her again when I realized the target bullseye covers were missing from my original order. Again, Julia quickly responded by sending out replacements and explained that ngclab.com must have shipped a return order to me. She acknowledged my frustration which I appreciated. I’m grateful for the excellent customer service I received, which can be rare in today’s world. Julia is a rock star! The laser cartridge works great and comes with several extra batteries. The target makes a sound when hit with the laser. This has been fun to practice dry fire!
