Laser Training Cartridge/Laser Target Suitable for Dry Fire Training, Laser Bullet with Spare Accessories

I put this cartridge in my G40 and was hitting high right, so I got out my bore sight tool and confirmed the sights were on target (~700 rounds have also confirmed this previously). After noticing the cartridge was very wiggly in the chamber and much fiddling with the 4 alen screws (which do not adjust the laser) I eventually resorted to carefully wrapping it in teflon tape from the hilt to just before the neck (where it steps down in diameter) and eventually put on an additional rubber o-ring (right at the shelf where the diameter steps down) of slightly smaller width than the neck o-ring that comes with the cartridge. I now have POI/POA right where I expect it from bore sight (and live fire). This was a hassle and points to poor QC when it comes to both the cartridge (step down comes too soon) and rubber o-rings (not big enough at the neck or the back of the cartridge). The laser, however, does seem to be concentrically aligned with the cartridge (or I just got lucky in my teflon tape application). I might have got a dud, or A might be scrubbing bad reviews (business is business…), but I would not buy this again given the fiddling I had to do to get it to work properly.
