I bought this because America’s Test Kitchen recommended this style for easy flipping. Flipping pancakes, eggs, burgers, etc has always been messy. This is the cure! Very lightweight so it’s easy to maneuver, grease drains off when you lift something so it’s less messy, and the end is very thin and sharp, so it easily slides underneath everything whether it’s light or heavy.I don’t know if this can be used with non-stick PFC-coated cookware, but I use non-toxic cookware; carbon steel (very non-stick, by the way) and cast iron, so it’s perfect for me.
