I’ve only used this item once so far just to get a feel for it. I haven’t used it with 220V yet but was very surprised / pleased with how well it welded using it on 110V. I have only used it with stick welding, so I can’t speak for its lift TIG capability. It has a lot of features that I’m not fully versed in yet, but I can say that it welded pretty hot with the default settings straight out of the box. I turned some of the features down or off and had what I would consider a more normal experience from other less featured welders that I have used. I’m still on a learning curve with everything this little welder can do, but I’m sure that I won’t be disappointed as I better learn how to use it. I’d have to say that it’s pretty amazing so far, and for the price, I don’t think that it can be beat. Also, It comes with a very small bundle of rods that run like 7018s, but I couldn’t really tell what the numbers were on any of the sticks. They ran fine, and will get you started, at least to be able to initially test the machine immediately. As far as other accessories go, get yourself a decent helmet, chipping hammer, and wire brush. A handheld welding shield, and a wire brush / chipping hammer tool combo came with it, but those accessories are pretty lacking. It also came with a 110/220V adapter which is nice, as well as a stinger and grounding clamp. The stinger is somewhat on the small side, but the spring in it is pretty strong. The grounding clamp is fair and didn’t get hot when I was welding, so I was happy about that. All that said. I would recommend this little welding machine to anyone who is just beginning to learn to stick weld, anyone who just wants a spare machine for small jobs around the garage or farm, or for anyone who just want’s to keep it in a vehicle for doing small jobs. It beats having to lug around some big Lincoln tombstone welder for such instances, especially given it’s price point. I hope this review helps.
