Edit: Money was refunded along with an apology for the bad batch.The problem is I don’t have a way to contact the seller. I believe I got a bad run of consumables, but I can’t talk to anyone due to buying through Amazon. My issue is the electrode is welding itself to the tip on almost every one. This has not been an issue in the past with the same brand. I have had no choice but to continue using them because I have deadlines, but it’s been a miserable experience. I can swap them for used consumables I keep for emergency and the machine cuts as it’s supposed to. If the seller would like to make this right, I’d be happy to change this review seeing as I’ve had no issues in the past with their product.
