Using this spray worked perfectly. I used it on the sidelights on my front door, as opposed to using static cling film. In my experience, It was quite a bit easier to mask everything off, and spray the windows, than cutting and applying the film. Static film would more than likely be far more durable to damage of scratching, but I have not had any issues for nearly a year of being applied. Be sure to apply it in multiple coats, and be well aware of how evenly you apply the spray. It will be evident that some areas are heavier than others if you aren’t careful.I haven’t used it in a high moisture environment, so I can’t speak to the durability of the finish in that type of environment.
